We offer installations in all areas of the mechanical services. We operate within strict timescales and budgets from small installations to large multiple discipline projects. Our engineers receive the most advanced training which in turn provides our clients with a first class installation every time. As well as the disciplines listed below we offer Ventilations systems, Plumbing, Ductwork and Chiller Installations.
Air Conditioning
We are accredited installers of Mitsubishi, Daikin and Samsung equipment. We offer full design service and aftercare management. The systems we install range from simple split systems for comms rooms and single offices to multi-unit VRF and VRV systems for larger projects.
Building Management Systems
We offer systems that range from stand-alone controls up to complex management systems required for University Campuses, multi-floor office buildings, health care units, and industrial/manufacturing production units. We mainly use Trend systems but have an association with Schneider for some of our education and healthcare clients.
Renewable Energy
Manstal work hand in hand with a number of Carbon Management consultants and specialists in our supply chain to offer cost competitive solutions to clients which enable them to reduce their carbon footprint. Manstal have installed the following renewable/energy efficient products; solar panels, wind turbines, biomass boilers, CHP Engines ground source heat pumps, Photovoltaic systems, LED lighting, and rainwater harvesting.
Validation and Testing
Manstal testing staff are qualified in the latest City and Guilds qualifications. We not only test and commission our own ongoing products but carry out periodic electrical testing of building for clients, PAT testing, and validation surveys and reports. To ensure compliance, we provide a costing service for remedial works that the reports and surveys highlight.
