This project was for a hard refurbishment of 206 rooms including all corridors and lift lobbies.

The project was programmed so that one floor at a time was taken out of use for the works to start.

The hotel was still fully functional on all other floors, which gave our team some obstacles to overcome.

This project was carried out and completed on time which led to Manstal being awarded two further Marriott hotel refurbishments.
