This project was the strip out and refurbishment of a building already in occupation by the Client. Careful planning was required to decant people from areas of the building whilst the fit out works were happening. This meant temporary power, lighting and data were installed to keep the building operational. A proportion of works needing to be carried out during nights and weekends, and also meant existing and new systems were operating in tandem until final project completion
